Cyndi Najar

Family — Springdale, AR — LFG: Special Needs Division

In March 2020, Cyndi completed the education and exam requirements to be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), adding to her Life and Health Licenses. Cyndi Najar has worked for LaFargue Financial Group as Richard’s right-hand and director of operations since 2013. She is typically the main point of contact for all customer service questions, applications, and paperwork. Since completing her CFP®, she desired to combine her work with her passion for individuals with disabilities. Therefore, the LFG: Special Needs Planning Division was born and expanded services to more individuals and families of all ages.

Cyndi has Master’s degrees in Education and Organizational and Human Resource Development, with a Minor in Conflict Resolution/ Mediation. Before moving to Arkansas, Cyndi taught high school self-contained Special Education in Texas. She has a unique perspective and understanding of helping families manage Medicaid, Social Security Disability, and Special Needs Trust since both her sons have Down’s Syndrome.

Cyndi’s goal is to help individuals and their families prepare for every stage of life. Whether a diagnosis has just been made or an adult is looking to strike out independently. Cyndi offers Life Mapping to allow individuals with neurodiversity, intellectual disabilities, or special long-term medical needs to share their dreams and goals with their families.

Then as a whole team, design and monitor a comprehensive plan to ensure their best life. With over thirty years of experience assisting families and individuals with differing abilities, I want to help you avoid costly mistakes when planning for a loved one with special needs. Plans should be designed to adapt and change for each stage of an individual’s life and consider the goals and desires of the individual with special needs.

Cyndi and her husband, Eddy, live in Springdale, Arkansas, with their sons Matt and Jeremiah and Eddy’s daughters Jennifer and Alicia. The family enjoys spending time together and visiting with extended family. They enjoy traveling when they can, Disney being a favorite destination.
